Bryan Vassar

Senior Estimator

Bryan Vassar has more than 30 years of construction experience, including extensive experience with the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Build (DB) delivery methods. Having previously served as a project manager and superintendent on numerous jobs, this has given Bryan the knowledge and field expertise to help conceptualize projects through all phases of preconstruction. Bryan has managed purchasing, scheduling, and subcontractor scope, in addition to negotiation and buy-out for large, multi-million dollar projects. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University and studied Construction Management at North Lake College in Irving, TX. Most recently, Bryan has worked on projects for Dallas ISD, Little Elm ISD, and the City of Dallas.
