Julia Neel

Preconstruction Manager

Julia Neel brings nearly 10 years of combined experience in construction and administration to her role as Big Sky’s Preconstruction Manager. A member of our team since 2011, Julia assists in all aspects of Big Sky projects, including estimating, scheduling, contracts, and quality control. She is also responsible for all marketing and business development, which includes trade show appearances, subcontractor networking and MWBE outreach. Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California-Davis and her Post-Baccalaureate degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Her work experience spans bid packages for the University of Texas at Arlington, the City of Dallas, healthcare projects, and several local independent school districts, including Dallas ISD.
