Located within the Arts and Events District of Addison, this 7,570-square-foot pavilion was constructed as a centerpiece for civic gatherings and community events. The low-profile structure features a flat roof, natural pine roof deck, laminated glass, and glazed concrete masonry, allowing the surrounding park environment to remain visually uninterrupted.

The pavilion provides a covered outdoor space seating approximately 200 people, along with a catering kitchen and public restrooms. The project received multiple design awards, recognizing its architectural integration and civic value.
