The Fire Station No. 16 project involved the build-back of facility damages resulting from a fire, restoring critical operations for the City of Dallas. The scope included a kitchen renovation with replacement of the damaged stove, installation of a new Ansul fire suppression system and hood, and interior painting throughout affected areas.
Additional work included wall and ceiling repairs, electrical and lighting upgrades, and structural repairs to damaged trusses and joists. The project was executed with careful coordination to return the station to full service efficiently and safely.
