The new building features two full apparatus bays, two half bays, and a public lobby.
The station also includes a watch room, dayroom, full commercial-style kitchen, dining area, fitness room, living quarters, and administrative offices. The facility achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting a commitment to sustainable design and long-term operational efficiency.
