The Hutchins New City Hall Building project consists of the ground-up construction of a new 20,962-square-foot civic facility designed to support municipal operations and community engagement. The building features a combination low-roof and high-roof structure anchored by a glass curtain wall event center that serves as a focal point for public gatherings. The event space includes a folding partition system and an adjoining catering kitchen to accommodate a wide range of civic and community functions.
In addition to the event center, the facility houses council chambers and a courtroom, official and administrative offices, four conference rooms, and two staff break rooms. Public-facing spaces include a central lobby with three transaction counters and ten restrooms to support daily operations and large events. Site improvements include a partial parking area with access-control barrier gates and three metal canopies, providing functional coverage and visual continuity across the campus.
