This project involved replacement of the existing concession stand at Interlake High School, providing a modern facility to support athletic and event operations. The building includes a ticketing area with private restrooms, a large concession kitchen, athletic equipment storage, and dedicated restroom facilities for spectators.

The project incorporated sustainable design strategies, including solar panels and building automation systems, and achieved LEED Gold certification. Energy efficiency measures allowed the facility to offset operational costs through on-site power generation.
