The Phase 2 renovations at Exline Park Waterpark included significant upgrades to existing recreational facilities for the City of Dallas. The project scope included construction of new bathhouse, administration, and pump room buildings.

Additional work included a new wading pool with water features, renovation of the existing lap pool, and installation of new site furnishings and shade structures. These improvements enhanced both functionality and visitor comfort throughout the park.
