The Tom C. Gooch Elementary School project included a combination of new construction and renovations to enhance campus security, learning environments, and building systems. Work included construction of a secured entry vestibule, a cafeteria and kitchen addition, and renovations to existing classroom spaces.

Additional upgrades included a new roof and windows, HVAC system updates, and installation of a new fire alarm system. The improvements modernized the campus while supporting student safety, operational efficiency, and long-term performance.
